The Patriot line of Military Portable Bullet Traps were engineered and designed exclusively for use in Live Fire Shoothouses. Able to take rounds in 5.56 SRTA/SS109/M193 and 7.62 M80/M52 rounds from less than 1 meter and from 20 degree angles, this trap will ensure 100% round trap capability. Able to be mounted against the wall, in the corner, or on its easily rolling base, this trap allows for the highest ease-of-use, low maintenance, and maximum performance available in portable bullet traps. Further, the Patriot Portable Bullet Traps have a ballistic  rubber protected frame and wheeled base.

Our innovative trap design incorporates our new DissiPlate™ Energy Dissipation Ballistic Plate which allows the ballistic plate to move with the fps power of the round being fired. This assists to kill the kinetic energy of the round, thereby further protecting the ballistic plate which allows for years of use. Further the DissiPlate™ Energy Dissipation Ballistic Plate can be rotated with no tools required which allows even more potential years of use. Most other traps are built with ballistic rubber glued to the flat surface of the ballistic plate. This causes damage to the plate and spalling of the ballistic rubber and minimizes life of the trap. The Patriot line of traps are uniquely designed to allow the round to pass through 2 levels of ballistic protection, then through free air space before striking the Ballistic DissiPlate™. The ballistic steel chamber is enveloped by our trap frame which is manufactured from our non-ricochet producing DenShield™ which assists in absorbing and stopping the rounds as well. NO plywood is used in the Military Level Patriot Portable Bullet Trap.
