This mock guardrail is used in an IED Lane Training scenario to train and test soldiers on the skills necessary to prepare for, detect, identify, react to and defeat an improvised explosive device (IED) or a vehicle borne improvised explosive device (VBIED) in a tactical environment.

Actual full scale sized, it is an ideal alternative to expensive galvanized steel guardrail. Constructed of high density Hexene copolymer to offer superior toughness and stiffness, it is impervious to weather and will not fade, crack or tear. Manufactured in 8’ lengths.
